01Using this site

By using irianainsurance.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. The site is run by Iriana Insurance Services, Inc., an independent insurance agency in Valencia, California (license #0D44425).

02Information only, not an offer or a binder

The pages on this site explain insurance in general terms for people in California. They are not an offer to sell insurance, a binder, a policy or a contract, and they are not legal, tax or financial advice for your situation.

Coverage descriptions are summaries. The policy the insurance company issues is what controls what is and isn't covered. Coverage is subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions of the policy issued. Not every carrier or coverage is available to every applicant; final rates and eligibility are set by the insurance company. Iriana Insurance Services, Inc. is licensed in California only.

03No coverage until it's confirmed in writing

Sending the quote form, an email or a text, or leaving a voicemail, does not start, change or cancel any coverage. A new policy or a change takes effect only when the insurance company accepts it and you receive written confirmation from us or the carrier, such as a binder, a declarations page or ID cards.

Please don't cancel a current policy until your new coverage is confirmed in writing.

04Quotes are estimates

A quote is an estimate based on the information you give us and the carrier's rates and rules on that day. The final price can change after the carrier verifies your information, orders reports (such as driving records, claims history or a property inspection) and completes underwriting. Discounts and eligibility are set by the carrier.

05Insurance companies make the final decisions

Each insurance company decides whether to offer you a policy, what it costs, which coverages and limits are available and whether a claim is paid. We compare carriers, recommend options and help you through the process, but we can't override a carrier's decision, and not every carrier or coverage is available to every applicant.

06Your information needs to be accurate

Please give complete and truthful answers when you ask for a quote or apply. Wrong or missing information can change your price, delay coverage, or lead to a denied claim or a canceled policy. Our privacy policy explains how we handle what you send.

07Links to other websites

We link to insurance companies, government agencies such as the California DMV (opens in a new tab) and the California Department of Insurance (opens in a new tab), and other sites we think are useful. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.

08Our content and trademarks

The text, design and logo on this site belong to Iriana Insurance Services, Inc. or are used with permission. Photos are licensed stock images. Carrier names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the companies we work with; showing them doesn't mean a carrier endorses this site. You're welcome to link to our pages, but please ask before copying our content for commercial use.

09Using the site fairly

Please don't use the site to send false quote requests or spam, to upload malicious code, or to try to get into systems you aren't authorized to use. We may block traffic or requests that look abusive.

10Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the information here current, but insurance rules, rates and carrier programs change. The site is provided “as is,” and we don't promise it will always be available or free of errors. For official rules, check the agency that sets them, such as the DMV or the California Department of Insurance.

11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Iriana Insurance Services, Inc. and its owners and staff are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages that come from using this website or relying on its general information. This doesn't limit any duty we owe you as your insurance agent once you become a client, or any liability that can't be limited under California law.

12California law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about them or about this website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
